Reservation

Upon receipt of your reservation, you will receive our confirmation from us as soon as possible. The reservation of your stay will not take effect until you have made the prepayment listed on the confirmation. The rental price refers to the entire duration of your booked stay. If you arrive later or leave earlier, the price of the booked period must be paid in any case.

Rental

In the high season we only rent from Saturday to Saturday. The arrival time is from 3 p.m. and the departure time is before 10.00 a.m. Because of the cleaning of the apartments / rooms we ask you to respect these times. Outside the high season it is sometimes also possible to rent the apartments / rooms only for a few days.

Payment

The prepayment amount listed on the reservation confirmation should be transferred to our account within 7 days of receiving the confirmation. If we do not have received this amount after 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Payment of the remaining amount of the rental costs should be made no later than 8 weeks before the start of your stay. For late reservations within 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental, the entire rental amount must be paid in full within 3 days of receipt of the confirmation.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your already confirmed reservation, please let us know in writing. The following fees are due:

In case of cancellation eight to four weeks before the agreed date, 25% of the booked amount will be charged.

In case of cancellation within four weeks before the agreed date, 100% of the booked amount will be charged.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. You can take out a European insurance policy online at: https://start.europaeische.at/hsp&agencyNumber=508490

Apartments

If you notice any defects on or in the apartment/room on arrival, we kindly ask you to report them immediately so that we can fix them as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility for subsequent complaints or defects. If any accidents occur during your stay, please report them as soon as possible so that we can repair the damage.

We only have non-smoking apartments. However, there is an ashtray, which is only intended for outdoor use.

Parking

There is a parking space per apartment. You can discuss the possibilities for a second car with us.

Cleaning

The final cleaning is carried out by us. You should leave the apartment clean (see folder in the apartment). If the apartment is not left behind accordingly, we have to charge additional cleaning costs.

Linen

The rental price includes 1 set of bed linen and towels per person (1 large and 1 small towel). You can get extra towels for an extra payment of € 3.50 per set. A set of kitchen towels are also provided.

Cot / Chair

If you need a cot or a high chair, please reserve it in good time with us.

Washing / Drying

For a fee you can use our washing machine and tumble dryer.

Pets

The bringing of pets is unfortunately not allowed.

Maximum number of people

The tenant may not sublet the apartment or allow more people to stay than has been agreed.

Liability

We are not responsible for any damage or injury caused during the stay on our property (unless the landlord can be proven to be gross neglect) without taking into account the cause. The lessee is responsible for himself as well as for all registered persons and visitors for the compliance with all obligations arising from the reservation and the stay.
