Lovingly furnished double rooms in a beautiful country house with great views. The rooms are very clean, bright and cozy. Also, the hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

It has been a fabulous holiday. The owners/hosts are really very net. They organize a cozy holiday for everyone. The country house is cleanly maintained. Our guesthouse rooms would be cleaned daily. The care is personal and wastes a lot of time for questions, entertainment and interest. The owners give the important information about the area. But also organize a great program for the guests themselves. Are right there.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Every day there was something from the area to eat. The owners understand their work correctly. You notice and experience this as a guest.

We slept with our family, a week in the Landhaus Kitzblick. Our apartment was clean and attractively decorated. The owner is very friendly, the pool and garden is beautiful with a beautiful view of Kaprun...

Nice location, friendly people nice clean apartment.How to come back again and againwas great breakfast buffet, with fresh local ingredients.A beautiful heated outdoor pool, ideal for children after a trip they also swim.

From the apartment Edellweis you have a beautiful view of the mountains

The accommodation is good and comfortable, the apartment has everything except radiators to dry clothes required. There is heated ski storage and boots are very dry and warm in the morning. You prefer a car to get to the ski lift, the ski bus require on the way back about 500 m and the bus stop is not very frequent. The sauna is free and easy to instruct the hosts in the morning too warm it for you to need in the evening. We didn't use bar and breakfast.

We were filled with esther. very friendly and helpful. Ski passes and skimobiel were well organized and we had the sonnennalm apartment. lots of space everything was fine, great views of the mountains.Only 10 minutes from the gletcher in Kaprun. Breakfast was of high quality everything you neededfor a wonderful week thank you Gert and Ester
